For our last day in Spain it was easy to use. Booking,com mis-communicated our request for 2 rooms for 2 couples, but staff was quick to adjust. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Breakfast included, they arranged our taxi to the airport. The bed had plugs on each side. Our room overlooked the park next door.

Nice hotel with great Location. Close to city Metro. Short taxi ride to airport and cruise port. Very walkable city with lots to see. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tried to get a clogged sink addressed. Never was accomplished. Breakfast on site was excellent. Exercise room was poor, barely enough to call an exercise room. Poor hours to access the exercise room. Only 2 pieces of equipment and one was broken.

This is a hotel with good standards throughout - modern and clean, with a good restaurant and bar; there is also outside seating. It is well situated for the Barcelona Sants main railway station. We ate at the restaurant and the food was well presented and interesting, and good value. The bedroom was quite spacious with large beds. Staff were always available, and consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast (which we did not have) looked very good.

Great hotel with an elevator, close to the metro station, Lidl is right across the street and in a small park. Rooms are clean, good size, reception personnel really helpful and professional, speaks English. Bathroom very nice and clean, towels changed every day, shampoo and hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast with solid selection for all and tasty. The best part I would like to mention is something that positively surprised me - picnic breakfast on the go. Our flight was early in the morning before breakfast was served, I asked at the reception night prior our departure if we can get breakfast pack to take = when leaving in the morning before 7AM we did receive big breakfast bag with coffee, juice, apple, yogurt, donut and sandwich to go, it was lovely and it literally made our day" Thank you for that. Really nice hotel and I would come back again anytime. I recommend it.

Room was very spacious and bed super comfortable. Location was good for us because we used hotel only for few hours over the night having connection from BCN airport to BCN train station. This hotel was 5 min walking distance from main train station in Barcelona. Which was perfect for our early morning train. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning so cannot make any comments on it.
